How to Prepare:

1. Empty 200g Instant Idli Premix into a mixing bowl.

2. Add approx. 300 ml water, mix to smooth batter.

3. Rest for 15–20 minutes.

4. Pour into greased idli molds and steam for 10–12 minutes.

5. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
