• We make every effort to provide accurate product details but do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received through our secure payment gateway.
• We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or combined with another order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India using trusted courier partners.
• Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or unforeseen reasons. We are not liable for such delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Food premix products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• Refunds are only provided if:
  1. You receive a damaged or defective product, OR
  2. The wrong product is delivered.
• In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear product photos.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• In case of cancellation, the refund (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

7. Liability

• Zatpat Food Premixes is not responsible for any misuse of products.
• We are not liable for courier delays, lost packages due to incorrect address, or natural calamities.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (text, images, logos, packaging design) is the property of Zatpat Food Premixes.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law
